Thomas Würgler

Experience

Thomas Würgler has a broad horizon of experience from his many years of leading management activities in the judiciary and as commander of the largest police corps in Switzerland. He advises public authorities and companies at strategic and operative levels on change management, compliance and security, including cyber security, public personnel law and public procurement. He also supports and accompanies executives by means of coaching, in particular in change proceses. He conducts internal investigations, especially when they are sensitive and complex. Another focus is on legal and administrative assistance, as well as on criminal and police law. He is also a sought-after expert on strategy issues in general and security issues in particular.
